Andre De Grasse Partners with Paystone to Fundraise for Canada's Youth
Hundreds of supporters, along with local mayor Frank Scarpitti, gathered in Markham, Ontario to celebrate the official unveiling of Andre De Grasse Street. Named after Andre De Grasse, better known for being neck-and-neck with Usain Bolt in the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics where he became the only Canadian to win medals in all three sprint events at a single Games.
Since Andre’s rise to fame, it has been his mission to use his recent success as a platform to inspire youth to reach their own unique potential. Dedicated to that mission, Andre announced his launch of the Andre De Grasse Family Foundation (ADGFF), a charity committed to empowering the next generation of youth through sport and education with the goal of providing more opportunities for athletes and creating a healthier, more productive community.
